Another way to implement crispy tofu: on corn tortilla with red onions and lots of fresh herbs. Since I don’t like cilantro, I am choosing parsley instead. Chilly flakes adding a bit of hotness to the dish, which of course could be increased with any hot sauce.
Next time, I want to spread plantbased sour cream directly on the tortilla, to tied it all together. Just mixing Creme Vega with of lime juice and a generous pinch of salt.
