There are a lot of ready to use mixtures of glutenfree flour available to use for baking and I tried a couple of those, but am not a big fan. Instead, I decided to create my own blends. This organic white rice flour is very fine milled and that´s the reason why I use it for this glutenfree pizza dough recipe. Since this is not a common product, it can be pricy. You might go to an Asian grocery store to look for more affordable options of rice flour.
