The best substitute for cream cheese that I found so far. I go through one of these each week, mainly as basic spread on bread rolls or rice crackers. I would recommend choosing a brand that doesn’t use wheat or modified starch as an ingredient, if you have problems with digesting gluten.
Side note: If something is made of plants you are by law not allowed to call it cheese, milk, cream, butter or yogurt. That´s the dairy industry fearfully defending their decreasing market share. Interesting.
