The best substitute for cream cheese that I found so far. I go through one of these each week, mainly as a basic spread on bread rolls or rice crackers. I would recommend choosing a brand that doesn’t use wheat or modified starch as an ingredient, if you have problems with digesting gluten.
Side note: If something is made of plants you are by law not allowed to call it cheese, milk, cream, butter or yogurt. That’s the dairy industry fearfully defending their decreasing market share. Interesting.
