In my experience, it’s a longer process. It took me a few years to transition to only eating plants. In fact, my advice would be: Stay patient and be really kind to yourself. Go step by step. You can start today, by finding on alternative product and put it on your shopping list. How about using this substitute for butter? Or find an alternative for milk and test some brands, to see which ones you like.
