This spread is a proper substitute for butter, and I was surprised that this brand really tastes that good on a big slice of rye bread. But don’t tell anyone. Oh, and don’t call it butter. Since you are not allowed to call it butter if the product is made of plants. That’s what some lawyers decided to establish to protect the decreasing market shares of the dairy industry. That seems absurd!
