Efficiency. You can save a lot of time if you eat the same thing every day. Plus it provides this sweet, comfortable feeling that only a well established routine can create. So, this is what I eat when I´m at work: apple, banana, rice cakes, a mix of orange and carrot juice with a dash of olive oil. Every day, no exception. Maybe I could switch things up a bit, by adding a few more options to this basis of healthy foods and be open to create some variety. Maybe a few soaked nuts. Some blue berries. A piece of juicy papaya or some grapes.
By the way, that´s what I imagine a really wealthy person in California would eat for breakfast. Fresh, high energy fruits.
