Efficiency. I can save a lot of time if I´m eating the same thing every day. Plus it provides this sweet, comfortable feeling that only a well established routine can create. So, this is what I have on a brake at work: apple, banana, rice cakes, a mix of orange and carrot juice with a dash of olive oil. Every day, no exception. Maybe I could switch things up a bit, by adding a few more options to this base and be open to a bit of variety. Maybe a few soaked nuts, or a handful of berries.
