I am not a saint. I trip up and I make mistakes. So, I think, I don´t deserve this label. I am striving for a more plant based diet, but I´m still cheating here and there. Which means I am incorporating more fruits, veggies and plant products into my daily meals. Replacing milk and butter with alternatives is not a big deal for me anymore. Eating less meat is getting easier: at some point you don´t enjoy the taste of it anymore. But I am still eating eggs and craving a bite of cheese or some fish from time to time. So … I am on this fascinating journey and still curious about new vegan recipes. How about motivating myself by writing a list of people, that I adore for their work and for being vegan?
