Below is just a short list of tools and sources, that I currently use to check out trends in the financial market and get background information about Bitcoin.

Charts and heatmaps for Bitcoin

For an overview about the general activity in crypto market, including BTC in the first line of the map, look at the Funding Rate Heatmap on coinglass.

Getting more clear on the investment cycles of Bitcoin with its peaks and bottoms with this chart on glassnode The Bitcoin Price Temperature (BPT)

A lot of data on crypto and exchanges including their trading volumes are on coinmarketcap plus a neat little Fear and Greed Index on the first page.

Bitcoin price on different exchanges

Exchanges sorted by trading volume and links to the charts they are providing for spot trading with the pairing of BTC/EUR … since that is my current focus. Do I use any of these exchanges? Not, yet. So I can’t give recommendations.
