Even the memoirs of a former CEO. This shows how powerful and attracive that brand still is. I am talking about “The ride of a lifetime” written by Robert Iger. I was excited to learn something new, but I could not find anything inspiring or any insights within the 200 pages of this book.

You may ask, what? Why did you read it then? I did continue, because I wanted to improve my English pronunciation. Reading the whole book aloud was a good practice. My TH is fine, but I did notice that there are some words that I am struggling with. And I am wondering, why is it difficult for me to pronounce barely, entirely, considerably, earlier, regularly, airing, particularly, largely or temporarily? What is that about? Silent letters or a lazy SCHWA sound?

So, I actually did find out something new. It was just not what I was looking for.
